Diabetic Mellitus

It’s hard if one of your family members is sick. My grandmother sister is suffering from kidney failure. In 1995 she was diagnosed with diabetic mellitus, she was having on and off medication due to lack of financial resources. Years been passed and now she’s suffering too many complication, heart and kidney failure, etc... It’s heartbreaking to see her in her state right now. She has difficulty in urinating, I injected her furosemide amp 20mg, and she had an output for 24 hours of 500 ml good enough at least. The doctor advised her to undergo dialysis, however she frequently refused it. My mother asked me to convince my grandmother to undergo dialysis; she told me the reason why she was hesitant to undergo because of financial problem, so I told her that my mom will give an aid on her dialysis, and then my grandmother gave in. Last Monday we went to the hospital for her check-up and get a schedule for her dialysis. Hopefully next week she could undergo on peritoneal dialysis.

Pope Benedict XVI visited London

I was eager to see Pope Benedict XVI personally and witness the historical event for the Catholic to happen. It so happen that I was in United Kingdom that time, I requested for days off just to see the pope. I’ve struggled because I was night duty and still need to travel going to London. After my duty I went straight to coach station, sad to say I will be transferring and waiting for the coach to come. So instead of travelling just 4 hours, it took me 8 hours to reach London.

Anyway, its cold and crowed that time, massive people on the street, you could hardly move. My friends and I waited for 3 hours for the pope to pass by. There’s a lot of devoted Filipino as well there. It was a memorable event. I’ve taken some photos and share it with you.

boredom

I feel so sad; maybe because of the weather it never stops pouring. Since Saturday, I didn’t see the sun to shine anymore. After lunch, I decided to get a make-over on my hair, I went to the salon to have a re-bond, luckily, they don’t have customer yet, so I have all the time. Doing my hair took 5 hours, boy it was exhausting just sat for that long hours. Nevertheless, I was happy about the outcome of my hair. My sadness lessens a bit. Sometime we need a diversion to escape from what we feel.

helpless

Life can be so helpless sometime; I cannot be so weak because all the people around me are already weak. I have to be strong for them. It is tiring, I just want to fall down then die just quick as that. I feel so helpless, I am looking for a person who can stand by me all the time I feel so weak. God bless me!

Time

As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let us down, probably will. You'll have your heart broken and you'll break others' hearts. You'll fight with your best friend or maybe even fall in love with them, and you'll cry because time is flying by. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, forgive freely, and love like you've never been hurt. Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no second chances. you just have to live life to the fullest, tell someone what they mean to you and tell someone off, speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someone's hand, comfort a friend, fall asleep watching the sun come up, stay up late, be a flirt, and smile until your face hurts. Don't be afraid to take chances or fall in love and most of all, live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back.

Gay Pageant

I just got home! I’ve enjoyed watching Gay Pageant; I did not realize it’s almost another day. It was entertaining watching, gays sometimes cannot be distinguish anymore with women’s. My friends and I was betting on number 7 contestant, he/she have the height, body and brain. On the stage you can really see that gay number 7 have the potential to win, she could converse well in English. Anyhow, she did win the contest.
Sorry I don’t have any picture to share, I did not bring my camera. :( Anyway still there’s a lot of upcoming event here in our municipality I will not fail to bring it with me next time.
